As a Psychologist, Reiki Healer, Coach and Trainer in Empathetic Communication I aim to empower and inspire you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values and your spiritual path. 

Zohalogy combines Psychology, Reiki, Coaching and principles of Empathetic Communication as needed to provide you with optimal support. There is no longer a need to settle in-between these fields or split the benefits of them in separate sessions (with different professionals for example). Zohalogy is the combined power, one deep dive into your full spiritual and mental potential to create positive change in your life. Everyone is capable to initiate this and I am here to support you along your journey towards personal growth and transformation both mentally and spiritually. 

Your needs and the direction you would like to take do not have to be fully clear yet - this is the beauty of our meaningful conversations that help you to gain more clarity alongside mental ease through Reiki Energy. 

"Zoha" refers to a message in an ancient, sacred scripture which calls out to the lost ones that feel left alone or in the dark. The word translates into "brightness/light" or "forenoon". I bear Zoha as my name as much as it is my mission to help you shed light onto your journey to discover your mind and soul consciously during the experience that we call life.

Do you sometimes feel like you have to compromise and choose between spiritual and psychological support? This is only understandable considering that the human psyche is not one whole entity but many entities wrapped into each other. Our mind is a masterpiece of nature and differentiates between the previous and your current situation. This means that we show up in different variations of ourselves depending on how environmental cues resonate with us and what we deem as necessary. My approach to help you in our 1-2-1 sessions is therefore just as rich in its variety. You will gain more awarenness of your needs and emotions through compassionate communication techniques that go back to Marshall B. Rosenberg's model. As a Reiki Master I will check upon your energy to support you get back into balance spiritually as well while I spot karmic and energetic blockages. This can support you with relaxing, reducing stress and mental or physical health needs. 

My experience as a Psychologist will help you understand certain dynamics and behavioral patterns that you might have within yourself or with your surrounding. Understanding one self or one another can be very relieving and freeing and I would be happy to help you with this.

Mind, spirit and body work together to create wellbeing and happiness. For this purpose I additionally offer a "reset" mainly over 9 days four times every year that helps the body through food supplements and a market leading Aloe Vera juice to get back into energy alongside my guidance and Reiki channeling. 

I truly believe in the power of diversity and I made it my mission to offer a variety of support for your mind, spirit and body.

As part of the psychological support we will explore and focus on possible challenges in your current life (including ones related to other individuals) that have an impact on your mental wellbeing and personal goals. 

We might extend the scope to look at past events and/or your relationship with yourself, others and in different situations. This will help me provide professional recommendations on what you could consider on a psychological level in order to improve your wellbeing and your circumstances. 

I have years of experience on working with children, teenagers, adults and elderly clients and I have worked with people of many different (dual/mixed) nationalities, religious/spiritual and ethnic backgrounds, and I have worked verbally (in Farsi/Dari, German and English) and nonverbally (whenever a disability required nonverbal communication for accessibility).  

Reiki Healing can help on all levels (body, mind and spirit) but works through channeling energy into my hands that I either hover or lightly swipe over you. This can bring your energy back into a flow, dissolve energetic or karmic blockages, reduce stress, help you relax and/or help with physical issues (one of my clients felt pain relief in her knees and shoulders that could no lnger be treated medically). 

I can offer Reiki to animals and plants as well.

In collaboration with Forever Living Products (FLP) I also offer a resetting program to small groups of max. 13 people that wish to cleanse from the inside. 

The nutritional and world famous Clean 9 is the flagship program of FLP and part of their F.I.T. program. The Aloe Vera juice included in Clean 9 is the centerpiece of my offer. The reset overall includes 2 days of fasting, 7 more days of countless nutrients to help you feel more vital, and helpful guidelines, Reiki and Psychological Support from my side. Every participant gets a Reiki session included during this cleanse as spiritual clearings in particular can be very pleasant during these days.
