The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations of the use of the Zohalogy website and anything related to booked services with the Zohalogy business.

These terms and conditions also outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zohalogy's Website, located at https://www.zohalogy.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Zohalogy if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Introduction

By booking a session with the Zohalogy business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, respect, and a professional working relationship between you and the Zohalogy business.

2. Appointments & Booking

All sessions (Reiki Healing, Deep Release Sessions or any classes wether online or in person) must be booked in advance to the session within the set booking window (default: 2 hours prior to any available slot). Any bookings over the phone or via text message (including WhatsApp) will be confirmed during the call or via text message explicitly and are binding.
A confirmation email will be sent upon booking through the website. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at Wellbeing@Zohalogy.com or call or text +44 7902814292.
If the appointment was confirmed over the phone or via text message, it is binding and does not require a confirmation via email. If you wish to have a confirmation email, please request when arranging the appointment or contact Wellbeing@Zohalogy.com or +44 7902814292.
Bundle offers can be redeemed within 18 months after purchase. If 18 months are not enough time for redemption, please contact the Zohalogy studio directly as we will consider to waive the maximum redemption period under exceptional circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged 100% of the session fee.
In exceptional circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact the Zohalogy studio directly to explain the circumstances for consideration.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. You might not have as long time for any consultation as originally scheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled with no refund or replacement appointment.
If you are more than 25 minutes late for a Deep Release session, the appointment will be canceled with no refund or replacement appointment.
In exceptional circumstances, we may waive the cancellation at our discretion and offer a replacement appointment. It is helpful to explain any circumstances to the Zohalogy studio prior to the begin of the appointment.

5. Health & Wellbeing

Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical or explicit psychological treatment.
If you are receiving medical or psychological treatment, please inform the Zohalogy studio before your session.
Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, including pregnancy, epilepsy, or mental health concerns, before booking.
Allergy note: The Zohalogy studio is pet-friendly for occasional Pet Reiki Sessions. Please take precautions accordingly if you have any allergies.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking or before the session begins. All booking systems that the Zohalogy business uses has a set booking window (default: 2 hours prior to any available slot).
Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.
If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, a rescheduling option will be offered.
Bundle offers can be canceled for a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are confidential. However, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, we may need to disclose information to appropriate authorities in line with professional and legal obligations. The Zohalogy business operates ethically and according to moral standards practice.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who behave inappropriately, including harassment, aggression, or disrespectful conduct. This includes any behaviours presented outside of any appointments done by or events hosted by Zohalogy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who there seems to be a conflict of interest of any kind.

9. Cookies
