Zohalogy Terms & Conditions

Effective from: 8 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Zohalogy website, located at https://zohalogy.com/, and to bookings and purchases made with Zohalogy, including individual Experiences and Training Programmes.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or making a booking or purchase. By using the website or purchasing a service or programme from Zohalogy, you agree to be bound by the terms applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. About Zohalogy

Zohalogy is a wellbeing and personal development business founded and operated by Zoha.

Zohalogy brings together psychological knowledge, Reiki Energy Healing, intuitive guidance, reflection and related practices to offer individual Experiences and educational Training Programmes.

Zohalogy's services are designed to support personal reflection, wellbeing, self-awareness, spiritual exploration and personal growth.

Zohalogy does not provide medical treatment or psychotherapy through its Experiences or Training Programmes.

Where psychological knowledge is incorporated into a service, this does not make the service psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or a regulated medical service.

2. Our Experiences

Zohalogy currently offers the following principal Experiences:

The Clarity Session

A psychology-informed guidance experience designed to create space for reflection, clarity, direction and personal insight. It is not psychotherapy or traditional coaching.

The Energy Immersion

A Reiki Energy Healing experience incorporating intuitive guidance, reflection and, where appropriate, Crystal Healing. The Experience is available online or in person in Earl's Court, London.

The Deep Illumination Experience

A highly personalised experience bringing together psychological insight, Reiki Energy Healing, intuitive guidance and integration. It is available online or in person in Chelsea, London. The Experience may last approximately 3–4 hours depending on the individual process and includes a personalised follow-up approximately one week later.

The precise content, duration, location and price of an Experience will be stated on the relevant booking or product page at the time of purchase.

Zohalogy may develop, modify or discontinue future Experiences. Any change will not affect an Experience already purchased unless otherwise agreed with the customer or permitted by law.

3. Training Programmes

Zohalogy offers educational Training Programmes relating to Reiki Energy Healing and the Zohalogy approach.

These currently include:

Reiki Energy Healing Training

The Reiki Energy Healing Training provides a structured pathway through the traditional four degrees of the Usui Reiki Master and Teacher path. The programme includes guided materials, lectures, Reiki attunements, practical exercises, healing practice and individual guidance. Participants may progress at their own pace, with the exact schedule arranged individually.

The Illumination Programme

The Illumination Programme is Zohalogy's signature advanced training and builds upon Reiki practice while incorporating additional spiritual and energetic practices, Crystal Healing, Archangel work, psychological knowledge and ongoing reflective work.

The content, structure, duration, requirements and price of a Training Programme will be communicated on the relevant programme page or otherwise before purchase.

Training Programmes are educational and spiritual-development programmes. They do not qualify a participant as a medical professional, psychologist, psychotherapist or other regulated healthcare professional.

Where a programme provides a Reiki qualification or certification, that qualification should not be represented as a regulated healthcare qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Booking and formation of the contract

Bookings may be made through the Zohalogy website, through an applicable booking system, directly with Zohalogy, or through a third-party platform where Zohalogy makes its services available.

A contract is formed when Zohalogy accepts the customer's booking or purchase and payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

For online purchases, the customer will receive confirmation of the booking or purchase by email or through the relevant booking system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their confirmation details.

If you believe that your booking details are incorrect, please contact Zohalogy as soon as possible at wellbeing@zohalogy.com.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable is the price displayed to the customer at the time the booking or purchase is made.

Payment is generally required at the time of booking or purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with Zohalogy.

Zohalogy reserves the right to change its prices for future bookings and purchases. A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been confirmed.

Where a third-party booking platform is used, its own payment procedures may also apply.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling of Experiences

Cancellation and rescheduling of individual Zohalogy Experiences are governed by the separate Zohalogy Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to the Clarity Session, Energy Immersion and Deep Illumination Experience, whether delivered online or in person.

The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy can be found here.

Where the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy contains provisions specifically applicable to Experiences, those provisions apply to the relevant booking.

Training Programmes are subject to the separate provisions in Section 7 below.

Nothing in the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Cancellation and refunds for Training Programmes

Training Programmes involve advance planning, allocation of places, preparation of teaching materials and the reservation of time and resources.

The cancellation terms applicable to Training Programmes therefore differ from those applicable to individual Experiences.

7.1 Statutory cancellation rights

Where a Training Programme is purchased online or otherwise under circumstances in which statutory cancellation rights apply, those rights will be respected.

In particular, consumers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for certain distance contracts. Different rules may apply where the customer expressly requests that a service begins during that period.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict a statutory right.

7.2 Zohalogy's contractual cancellation arrangements

Subject to statutory rights:

Where a Training Programme is cancelled within 14 days of purchase and the scheduled start date is at least 60 days away, the customer may receive a full refund.

Where the Training Programme is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled start date but outside the period described above, Zohalogy may provide a 50% refund.

Where cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled start date, no contractual refund will normally be available, subject to any statutory rights that apply.

These periods apply to the original scheduled start date.

If a customer contacts Zohalogy and agrees to move the start date to a later date, the rescheduled date does not automatically create a new 14-day cancellation period.

This is without prejudice to any statutory cancellation rights that may apply to the new arrangement.

7.3 Transfer of a Training Programme place

A customer may request to transfer their place on a Training Programme to another person.

Any transfer requires prior written approval from Zohalogy and is only effective once confirmed by Zohalogy.

The replacement participant must satisfy any requirements of the relevant programme.

The original purchaser remains responsible for the booking until the transfer has been formally accepted by Zohalogy.

A transfer does not automatically entitle the original purchaser to a refund.

7.4 Rescheduling a Training Programme

Where appropriate, Zohalogy may agree to move a participant's Training Programme to a later start date.

Any rescheduling arrangement must be agreed with Zohalogy in writing.

Because Training Programmes require advance planning and allocation of resources, Zohalogy cannot guarantee that every requested change of date can be accommodated.

8. If Zohalogy cancels or postpones a Training Programme

If Zohalogy needs to cancel a Training Programme before it begins, Zohalogy will offer the customer either:

  • an alternative start date; or

  • a full refund of payments made for the cancelled programme.

If Zohalogy needs to postpone a programme, Zohalogy will communicate the revised arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.

Where the customer does not wish to accept a revised arrangement, Zohalogy will consider the customer's statutory and contractual refund rights.

9. Online Experiences and Training

Where an Experience or Training Programme is delivered online, the customer is responsible for having suitable access to the internet and any required device, software or communication platform.

Zohalogy will make reasonable efforts to provide online sessions as agreed.

If technical problems on Zohalogy's side materially prevent the service from being delivered, Zohalogy will seek to resolve the problem or offer a suitable alternative arrangement.

If technical difficulties are caused by the customer's equipment, internet connection or environment, Zohalogy cannot guarantee that the session can be extended beyond its scheduled time.

10. Reiki Energy Healing and wellbeing

Reiki Energy Healing is offered as a complementary wellbeing and spiritual practice.

It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy or other professional healthcare.

Zohalogy does not claim that Reiki, Crystal Healing, intuitive guidance or other energetic practices diagnose, cure or prevent medical or psychological conditions.

Customers should seek appropriate medical or psychological support where this is required.

Customers remain responsible for deciding whether an Experience or Training Programme is appropriate for them and should disclose relevant information to Zohalogy where they believe it may affect their safe participation.

11. Psychological and personal guidance

Where Zohalogy provides psychological insight, reflection or guidance, this is intended to support self-awareness and personal development.

The Clarity Session is not psychotherapy, counselling or traditional coaching.

Zohalogy does not provide diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions through its Experiences.

If a customer's needs fall outside the appropriate scope of Zohalogy's services, Zohalogy may recommend that the customer seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

12. Personal responsibility

Zohalogy's Experiences and Training Programmes are collaborative.

Customers and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

No particular psychological, spiritual, energetic or personal outcome is guaranteed.

References to possible benefits or experiences on the website describe the intended nature of the service and are not promises of a particular result.

13. Confidentiality

Zohalogy treats information shared during Experiences and Training Programmes respectfully and confidentially, subject to legal and professional obligations.

Confidentiality may need to be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and appropriate reason to take action to protect someone from significant harm.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Zohalogy Privacy Policy.

14. Professional boundaries and conduct

Zohalogy is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and professional environment.

Customers and participants are expected to communicate respectfully with Zoha, other participants, venue staff and anyone involved in delivering Zohalogy services.

Zohalogy does not tolerate harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, sexual harassment, abusive behaviour or deliberate disruption.

Zohalogy may refuse or discontinue a service where a person's conduct makes it inappropriate or unsafe to continue.

Where appropriate, Zohalogy may recommend another professional or service if there is a conflict of interest, a boundary concern or if the customer's needs fall outside Zohalogy's scope.

Where Zohalogy needs to discontinue a service for these reasons, any refund or alternative arrangement will be considered in accordance with the circumstances, these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

15. Attendance and punctuality

Customers are expected to attend Experiences and Training sessions at the agreed time.

Individual Experiences are subject to the separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, including its provisions concerning late arrival and no-shows.

For Training Programmes, participants are responsible for attending agreed teaching sessions and completing any required work within the agreed programme structure.

Where a participant misses a training session, Zohalogy will determine whether an alternative arrangement can reasonably be provided.

Zohalogy does not guarantee that missed teaching, attunements or other programme elements can always be recreated at a later date.

16. Intellectual property and Training Materials

Unless otherwise stated, Zohalogy owns or has the appropriate rights to the content published on its website and materials created for its services and Training Programmes.

This includes, where applicable:

  • written materials;

  • training manuals and educational resources;

  • course structures;

  • original exercises;

  • written guidance;

  • website content;

  • branding and visual materials;

  • photographs, graphics and videos; and

  • other original Zohalogy materials.

Customers and participants may use materials provided to them for their own personal learning and use within the scope of the relevant programme.

They must not, without prior written permission:

  • reproduce or republish Zohalogy materials;

  • sell or commercially distribute them;

  • provide them to third parties as training materials;

  • copy or reproduce a Zohalogy programme for their own commercial use; or

  • represent Zohalogy's original materials as their own.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights they have under applicable copyright law.

17. Website content

Zohalogy aims to keep its website accurate and up to date.

However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated.

Zohalogy reserves the right to correct errors and update website content.

Information about an Experience or Training Programme that forms part of a confirmed purchase will not be changed retrospectively in a way that materially alters the contract without the customer's agreement or as otherwise permitted by law.

18. Third-party platforms and venues

Some Zohalogy Experiences may be booked through third-party platforms or take place at venues operated by third parties.

Where a third-party platform is used, its own terms may apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.

Where there is a conflict between a third-party platform's terms and Zohalogy's contractual terms, the parties' legal rights will be determined according to the applicable contract and law.

Zohalogy is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control arising solely from a third-party platform or venue.

19. Liability

Zohalogy will provide its services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Zohalogy is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from matters outside Zohalogy's reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects the customer's statutory rights.

20. Events beyond reasonable control

Zohalogy will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This may include, for example, serious illness, significant disruption to transport, venue closure, severe weather, power or telecommunications failure, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such circumstances affect a booked Experience or Training Programme, Zohalogy will communicate with the affected customer and seek a reasonable alternative arrangement.

21. Complaints

Zohalogy aims to resolve concerns directly and respectfully.

If you are dissatisfied with an Experience, Training Programme or other aspect of your interaction with Zohalogy, please contact:

wellbeing@zohalogy.com

Please explain the nature of your concern and, where possible, provide the relevant booking information.

Zohalogy will consider complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or legal remedies available to a customer.

22. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with Zohalogy's Privacy Policy.

Where the website uses cookies or similar technologies, these are handled in accordance with the applicable cookie information and consent mechanisms provided on the website.

23. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Zohalogy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the Zohalogy website.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the contractual rights of a customer who has already made a purchase unless the change is required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.

The version applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase, subject to any subsequent agreement between Zohalogy and the customer and applicable law.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Where a customer is a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides for such a right.
