The Concept & Mission of Zohalogy

"Zoha" means Light

The word "Zoha" refers to a message in an ancient, sacred scripture which calls out to the lost ones that feel left alone by the divine in the darkness. It roughly translates into "brightness", "light" or "forenoon" and forms the mission of Zohalogy to help guide the way from the darkness of the unconsciousness into the light of consciousness. The goal is to unlock the divine self by gaining more authenticity to reach higher potential psychologically, energetically and in life overall.

Zoha is also the first name of the face and founder of Zohalogy. Zoha bears her first name truly as her life's motto and in her journey as a healer, psychologist, fellow human, energy worker and light bearer. Zohalogy is about helping you shed light onto your unique journey to discover your mind and soul consciously during the experience that we call human life.

Zohalogy combines the power of psychology, Reiki, life coaching and principles of empathetic communication as needed to provide you with optimal, customised support wherever you are in your life. There is no longer a need to settle in-between these fields or split the benefits of them in separate sessions. Zohalogy is the combined power, one deep dive into your full spiritual, energegic and mental potential to create positive change in your life that feels authentic. Everyone is capable to initiate this and Zoha is here to support you along your journey towards personal growth and transformation both mentally and spiritually.

Concept and Idea

The human mind is a masterpiece of creation and differentiates between every situation of life. In other words: We show up in different variations of ourselves depending on what we deem as necessary in that moment often based on previous but sometimes outdated experience. This naturally poses the question how we can let go of learnings that no longer serve us or stagnant energy that hinders us instead of fuelling our system for the next chapter in our life.

The Zohalogy approach is therefore as rich in its variety as the human experience itself. You will gain more awarenness of your needs and emotions through compassionate communication techniques that go back to Marshall B. Rosenberg's established NVC model. Through ancient Japanese Reiki Energy Healing your energy and aura are taken into consideration to support you on your way back into balance and alignment with yourself. Reiki can help spotting and resolving karmic or energetic blockages besides supporting you to feel lighter, more energetic and centred. This can support you to relax, reduce distress and surround yourself with people, situations and projects that align with your unique path.

The consultations include knowledge from Psychology and Personal Development Coaching, which will help you to first understand certain dynamics or behavioral patterns that impact your life and energy and then focus on what you really strive for to step into a completely new chapter.
