How do I book a service with you?

The easiest way is to head to our booking page to place your order directly with us. But you can also reach out to us by scrolling down this page and filling out the contact form for your booking request.

How do I book for someone else?

You can use our booking page and fill out the booking details with the person's details who you wish to place the booking for. Or you can scroll down this page and ask us to issue a gift voucher for you to hand to the person you wish to gift sessions to. We kindly ask you to specify the recipient/s, what service you would like to purchase, and how many or what amounts' worth of gift vouchers you will require.

How do I reschedule my existing booking?

Please adhere to our terms and conditions when making changes to your booking. You can call or text +44 (0) 790 2814 292 or scroll down this page and use the contact form to request your changes ahead of time. We will try our best to accommodate your needs as well as possible. It is helpful if you suggest two alternative time windows straight away so that we can check against the calendar.

Do you issue gift cards or gift vouchers?

We do offer gift vouchers. Please scroll to the bottom of this page and use the contact form to specify how many gift vouchers you will require, what amount they should be issued for, and if you would like them to be issued for a specific person (in that case we would require their name/s).

If you specify the gift occasion, we might have specific voucher templates (such as a holiday theme). This brings more joy to your already extraordinary Zohalogy gift. We can also offer our bespoke Reiki-infused, scented crystal candles to you to make your gift more special.

I am a wheelchair user or use a walking device. Can I come for a session to your studio?

The London studio is currently looking for a more accessible place. Until then, we kindly ask you to use our online services if you are not able to use our stairs.

We appreciate our wheelchair-using clients and would like to emphasise the power of Distance Reiki. It is not to be considered a compromise or a less powerful Reiki session. On the contrary, Zoha's personal favourite type of energetic and spiritual work is the Distance Reiki session.

We can offer a money-back guarantee for your first session if you reach out to us with any of your concerns before your first booking.

I previously bought one of your Reiki-infused meditation candles. Do you ship them as well?

Whether we ship the meditation candles depends on where you wish them to be shipped and how many you would like to purchase. When you scroll down this page, you will find our contact form where you can specify your request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Zohalogy is based in London, and a local candle maker pours the candles here. The candles have been shipped to different locations in Europe before. Shipping costs (whether for national or international/global shipping) would be added to the total amount of the order.

What is Reiki and how does it work?

Ideally, you would try Reiki before trying to understand it with descriptions from other people. If you have never eaten a pear, it is hard to describe what it tastes like or what texture it has, right?

Energy shifts and moves in every single moment. Reiki feels different from session to session and from person to person. We do not have the same energetic entanglements like other people. In that regard, we are truly individuals.

Visible from the outside, the healer will either use light touch or hover their hands above your energy centres of your body. This is not a massage (it is not the touch itself that makes you feel better). What you will feel is energy. Some people feel a change of temperature. Others feel surges of energy or a tingling sensation. People love Reiki because they feel lighter, more peaceful, and refreshed afterwards. Some feel sleepy and ready to rest after a session. While it has been shown in studies that the heart rate comes down with Reiki, clients differ in their reports of changes in physical symptoms. It ranges from improvement of sleep to loss of aches and pains.

At Zohalogy we do not promise. But our reviews on different platforms (Google, ClassPass) show that we have countless overjoyed clients loving Reiki as much as we do.

How does coaching work?

Coaching at Zohalogy is used as an effective way to help you identify if you are truly aligned with your deepest desire. This is difficult to reflect on, as our desires are a moving target, and we are often too close to the image of ourselves so that we have difficulty seeing real details. It is like trying to create a detailed drawing of our own nose without a mirror. The mirror (or the coach) will help you to have a distance between what you are looking at and what you are trying to outline.

Signs of being misaligned with what you truly desire could be loss of motivation, happiness and joy, persistent boredom, numbness, mood swings, tiredness, and frustration while having a secret or underlying knowing that it is not supposed to feel this way.

The coaching tools used at Zohalogy are based on state-of-the-art techniques used and taught by the biggest coaching community in the United Kingdom (The Coaching Academy) and methods to sensitively increase empathy according to Marshal B. Rosenberg's model (Nonviolent Communication or Empathetic Communication). This influences the line of questioning during the coaching sessions, helping you to reflect on where you are right now, what is in your way (including what you have not thought of being in your way), and where it truly is where you want to be.

How do I know how much time I should leave between Reiki sessions?

Typically, if you already ask yourself if you should take a session, you are probably at a point of being ready to take a session. A Reiki session is not like an appointment at the dentist or a hairdresser. It does not define a definite "finish" point. Clients come to sessions at different points in their lives. Some take their first session when they feel almost sick and not well. After some sessions, they often report feeling better and having fewer or even no symptoms anymore (it varies). But they keep taking sessions because, beyond the absence of discomfort and symptoms, they strive for growth, joy, happiness, experience of flow, increased creativity, and ongoing inner peace. Reiki is a way to help you in this regard. If you are interested in feeling well instead of just feeling the absence of discomfort, the key question is: Do you desire the next boost of your wellbeing with Reiki? Wanting (as opposed to needing) has no clock. Many clients choose to come every week or fortnightly, like others go for a regular spa day.

What is special about the Reiki lineage at Zohalogy?

As the founder of Zohalogy, Zoha gave this business its vision, name, and framework. As a psychologist and Reiki healer, she provides Reiki sessions and teaches Reiki following a long line of Reiki masters. Though Reiki is taught in similar ways, this lineage puts an emphasis on connecting to yourself and generating a genuine relationship to the spiritual realm. Spirituality is highly personal. Energy is flowing, which is why humanity is evolving constantly. Without a deep connection to the spiritual realm, which is the driving force in the healing process of Reiki, we will miss important information on what the leaps are that humanity has taken. Masters in this lineage include at least 3 generations of full-time healers, some partially active as artists and fully embracing their inner calling.

Our work includes the collaboration with so-called archangels. This is not to be understood as a religious concept but rather a close collaboration with energetic beings that volunteered to help humanity.

Zoha is attuned and able to teach 12 degrees of Reiki. The classic Reiki system (commonly known as levels 1 to 3, which is the master level) accordingly describes teachings to the fourth degree. This lineage expanded on the symbols Mikao Usui had channelled over a hundred years ago, which doesn't mean that it is better or worse. It means that it was adjusted and extended to the needs of humanity. Energy shifts and moves in every moment; hence, the (collective) system that serves energy evolves with it accordingly.

What is Distance Reiki and how does it work?

Distance Reiki means that during the session that takes place, the Reiki healer and the client are not at the same location. Though we might not be able to explain why it is possible, energy does not care about space or time. Reiki has intelligence of its own. It will flow where it is needed and allowed.

Distance Reiki sessions are Zoha's personal favourite, as the healer's attention is solely on the client's energy (not the room or not the client's response to the treatment). The healer has their eyes closed and uses the Reiki symbols needed, solely communicating to any spirit guides that volunteer to help during the session.

Another advantage of these sessions is that a busy client can continue with their day without interruption. At Zohalogy it is standard to provide pointers where the energy needed attention (Quick Reiki session) or a thorough reading of what was detected and what this could mean considering the prior assessment of the client (Deep Release session).

If a client chooses to pause their day during the treatment, depending on how sensitive someone is to energies, they will feel the energy moving. Sensations vary between tingling, change in temperature, surge of energy, flash of laughs, tearing up, and feeling thirsty or wanting to use the bathroom. It makes sense to lie down for this and keep the eyes closed. Some clients perceive colours while their eyes are closed.

If you have issues coming to our studio for any reasons or if the stairs to our studio make it inaccessible to you, please do not hesitate to book your online session for Distance Reiki. It will surprise you how powerful these sessions are even though you are not physically at our location.

Our current and past international clients range from Mumbai to Los Angeles, including multiple cities across Europe (Berlin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, and Milan) and America (Mexico City, Houston, Vancouver, and Toronto) while we physically operate from London (unless we are "en route").

Do I need prior experience to try Reiki?

You do not need to have any prior knowledge, any specific skills, or any preparation in order to take a Reiki session. In fact, the best thing to do with Reiki is simply have an open attitude. Not knowing anything about Reiki can be even helpful. The more you allow Reiki operate in your best interest, the more you will allow it to unlock from your individual consciousness and to connect to the divine consciousness instead. Please do not hesitate to book your session if you are a beginner to this. Reiki is something that needs to be experienced rather than read up on. Once you experienced it, you will know if this is for you.

Can I take Reiki sessions while I am pregnant?

Reiki is not restricted to any group. At Zohalogy pregnant clients have been successfully served with great satisfaction. Even the unborn child may respond in a positive way to Reiki. If you feel that Reiki is helpful to you during your pregnancy, you are welcome to take your Reiki sessions at Zohalogy anytime. It is also standard practice at Zohalogy to first place energetic protection around the unborn child and then work on our client's energy centres.

Do you offer custom services?

We are always open to hear what you would like to receive and what your ideas are. At Zohalogy we do our best to create a service that is authentic and accessible to you. Please do not hesitate to reach out and ask for what you are looking for specifically. We will most likely come back with ideas how to bring your idea to life. Zohalogy is also connected to strong partners if you are looking for a bigger event offer. Whether it is your wedding, an accessibility issue, or an idea for a festival - there are no limits to how we can work together.

Do you offer couples sessions?

We currently do not offer sessions for couples specifically. But we offer classes where couples are welcome. If you would like to work on couples issues specifically, we sometimes recommend to use two separate Reiki Healers. This helps to avoid any conflict of interest. Reiki is a way to transparatenly look into what is imprinted into your energetic field. It can be tricky to openly talk about all details if a partner is present. At Zohalogy we are committed to our gift and art. The dynamic between two partners going through relationship challenges can possibly become a challenge to the integrity of the reading after a Reiki session

Do you offer past-life regressions?

Past-life regressions are part of the Zohalogy program. If you would like to book a session, please refrain from using our booking system and reach out via our contact form. These sessions take particularly long and the team will schedule these manually.

Do you teach healing techniques?

Yes, Zohalogy teaches Reiki and other content relevant for direct client work. If you strive to become a healer yourself, have a look at our training programs.

How do I know which service is right for me?

The first question is: Do you need to talk or do you also want to feel better quickly? Our coaching sessions do not contain any Reiki treatment. It is a session to reflect and see where you would like to go, while the Reiki sessions (either the quick one or the Deep Release session) contain actual Reiki treatment. It is easy to switch from one service to another. But in general, if you are not in for a quick "pit stop", the Quick Reiki session will not suffice for your needs. The combination of Reiki treatment and deep guidance through the energetic reading is therefore our signature program and the most favourite one.

Which service is the most favourite one?

The Deep Release sessions are the most favourite ones amongst our returning clients. It is the signature program of Zohalogy and combines the full power of Reiki, psychology, and coaching. Find out more on our dedicated booking page.

How is psychology implemented into your services?

All sessions with Zoha have an implied psychological perspective based on her professional view on every case as a Psychologist. This applies to individual sessions as well as the extended Awakening and Healer training program.

The idea of Zohalogy is not to create a psychological service but rather a psychological perspective on spiritual topics and holistic treatments. This supports creating a wellbeing service that truly lives up to human nature instead of making unethical or unrealistic overpromises and handling cases unprofessionally. Psychological knowledge is always important when working with vulnerable people. Within the holistic sector there is little to no safeguarding protocol to follow. Zohalogy takes an approach to marry knowledge from psychology with healing powers from Reiki to combine feeling well with working professionally at highest standards.

Do you offer psychotherapy?

Zohalogy does not offer psychotherapy. Not to say that we would not consider it in the future, but this is an intentional decision. The concept of our support is to fill in a gap that does not intend to replace psychotherapy. People who wish to address clinical symptoms and conditions directly will find great support in psychotherapy. The idea of Zohalogy is to help with spiritual healing and growth with concrete impact on your life. This work requires knowledge of the human mind and behaviour to avoid unethical or unprofessional practices. The Zohalogy offer is an addition to what is already out there. It is not meant to replace someone's need of psychotherapy. In fact, many Zohalogy clients have a Psychotherapist in addition to their sessions in our studio. As part of our ethical referral process we might even mention the option of psychotherapy to people who might benefit from it and offer a referral.

Can you energetically cleanse my personal or office/commercial space?

Yes, you can simply reach out to us and get your quote for having your space energetically cleansed. If you are based outside London or the UK, you can request information when and where Zohalogy will be "en route" next. We visit other cities regularly and are happy to stop by.

Do you offer Pet Reiki?

We do offer Reiki to various animals (in addition to nature in general and plants). So far we have had Reiki sessions with common pets (such as cats, dogs, and fish) and wild animals (such as geese, butterflies and wild bees). Plants and animals receive energy like humans do. We are all part of nature. Reiki channels energy into our system and many pets benefit from Reiki treatments in various ways. Some clients have pets with symptoms and some show behavioural changes. Read our Google or Facebook reviews to seek out the pet Reiki experiences people had with us.

Simply contact us to arrange your pet Reiki session and specify if you wish to come into the studio or if you are requesting a visit on your premises.

Is it possible that the longer sessions are not too long for me (e. g., the Deep Release session)?

We did not have clients before that felt like the sessions were too long. The length offers you to vent, describe your current situation as well as your background, and enjoy the full power of a Reiki treatment. But sometimes clients have to catch a flight or have limited time on a tour. At Zohalogy we are able to help you keep your busy schedule. If you booked a Deep Release session, feel free to let us know in advance, and we will make sure that, though we could possibly do up to 120 minutes, we keep it shorter than 90 minutes. What we cannot offer is a full and thorough reading in a 1-hour session. But you might have more time available if you consider an online session, which saves you time on commuting. Distance Reiki is a well-established, powerful tool within Reiki.

I am interested in Reiki and/or coaching, but I had a previous experience that left me disappointed. What can we do about this?

At Zohalogy, we have lots of compassion for previous unfortunate experiences. Even we as professionals have experienced this ourselves, which is one of the main reasons why Zohalogy was founded and why we make it a priority to bring concerns caused by this out into the open. Ethics and professionalism are essential in this line of work. It is important to us - professionally and personally - that the collaboration feels right for you. This business will never prioritise business over alignment.

If you book an initial consultation, you are under no obligation to place a booking afterwards. You will have a free conversation that doesn't lock you into anything, and you will be able to feel out if the chemistry feels right for you. If you have already booked sessions with us and something does not feel right, please do not hesitate to voice your concerns. A professional guide and healer dedicates their mission to honesty and the support of others. If anything, we will be grateful to you for taking the courageous step of providing honest feedback.
