The Reiki Energy Healing Training is divided into three progressive levels across four Reiki degrees:
Level 1: Reiki Practitioner

All lectures, attunements, and coaching sessions are conducted personally by Zoha to ensure a supportive and individual learning experience.
A Training Designed Around Your Journey
This programme is intentionally paced to support meaningful integration.
There are 21 days between attunements, allowing time for practice, reflection, and energetic adjustment.
You are free to progress at your own pace. If you wish to take more time between levels, the structure will adapt to your individual journey or what we call the Reiki-Do.
The exact schedule for lectures, coaching sessions, and optional reflections will be arranged together to suit participants’ availability.
